Brodies advised Seafood Connection on this transaction as its first acquisition in the UK. Brodies worked closely with the Seafood Connection team in the Netherlands, as well as the deal's corporate finance advisors AAB, to deliver the transaction.

Brodies were appointed to provide city grade advice to this globally active client. It was a strategic acquisition, and its first in the UK.

Seafood Connection is a leading supplier of frozen seafood products. Each year, the company trades over 70,000 metric tons of frozen fish products through its network of retail, food service, wholesale and industrial customers. Since 2013, the company has been part of the Japanese multinational Maruha Nichiro, the world's largest fish company.
