The health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and contacts is important to us, and we continue to ensure that our office spaces are kept clean, safe, and hygienic. Here are a few things to bear in mind when visiting our offices:

  • Masks - Visitors to our offices can decide whether to wear a mask; there will be some colleagues that prefer to wear one while they move around and there will be others that are comfortable removing it. You are encouraged to do what's right for you.

  • Social distancing - Restrictions have been removed in most of our work settings, however we have adopted the Distance Aware Scheme (Scotland) and Distance Aware Initiative (England), which recognise the importance of providing space and comfort for those who want others to take extra care around them. This may be visible because those individuals will be wearing their mask but, we will also provide 'Distance Aware' working areas in our offices and lanyards for those who request them. If you would like a lanyard when visiting our offices, please let your contact at Brodies know in advance and advise Reception upon arrival. If you see a colleague wearing a 'distance aware' lanyard and are spending time with them, as a courtesy we would ask you to think about whether you wear a mask. Wearing a mask is more about protecting others, rather than ourselves.

  • Personal responsibility - If you feel unwell and think you have symptoms of COVID-19, flu, or another infectious illness, we would politely request that you stay at home and take the time required to recover and reduce the risk of passing a virus/ illness.
