Catriona deals with a wide variety of commercial real estate work including acting for landlords in commercial leasing and asset management transactions for industrial, office, retail and leisure properties. She is also experienced in dealing with real estate investment sales and acquisitions and property financing, including as part of larger high-value, high profile and cross-border transactions. Catriona has developed particular expertise in dealing with student accommodation assets, having acted on a wide variety of transactions in this sector.
