Craig Bradshaw
Craig has over 20 years' of experience taking a lead role working with a wide range of clients on non-contentious construction and commercial contracts matters throughout the UK. This includes projects across various sectors including transport, infrastructure, energy, commercial property, public sector, PFI/PPP and hospitality.
Craig's expertise extends to advising on and to drafting, negotiating and completing all types of construction related contracts and associated contract agreements. Craig has experience of working with a wide range of standard form construction contract including JCT, SBCC, NEC, ICC, MF/1, IChemE and FIDIC.
