Fiona provides commercial, strategic and pragmatic advice on all aspects of employment law.
Fiona’s general advisory practice includes assisting employers with complex disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancies and reorganisations, covenant enforceability, contractual variations and executive on-boarding/terminations. She has a wealth of experience in advising employees in Aberdeen who are facing redundancy and provides legal advice in relation to Settlement Agreements and unfair dismissal claims.
She also represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, manages large scale projects (including multi-jurisdiction exercises) and handles the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
Fiona is often asked to speak at conferences and she regularly delivers client training on topical employment law issues.
Fiona is qualified to practice in both Scotland and England & Wales.
