A Senior Associate within the Casualty team, Gemma is instructed to defend large and complex liability claims across all areas of reparation, to pursue loss recovery and to provide advice on health and safety matters. She acts for insurers, individuals, corporates and credit hire organisations and is the technical lead for the motor defence and loss recovery teams at Brodies.
Gemma is a clear and concise communicator, who offers a tailored strategy and proactive approach to each and every client instruction.
