Katie joined the Personal and Family Team in 2022. Having qualified in 2014, Katie has a broad experience of advising clients on all aspects of personal law.

Katie acts for individuals, trustees, executors, and families. She advises on wills; estate and succession planning; executry administration; the use, creation, administration and winding up of trusts; adults with incapacity issues, including the preparation and administration of powers of attorney and guardianships. Katie is experienced in dealing with complex executry matters, including high value estates, legal rights claims and executry disputes.

Katie is based in Glasgow.
