Liam is an associate in our Government, Regulation and Competition team. He is an experienced litigator, having conducted substantive hearings in sheriff courts across Scotland and acted as instructing agent in the Court of Session, High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Liam regularly advises clients on competition, regulatory and public law matters. He has significant experience in providing advice across the whole spectrum of competition law, including in relation to collective proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. He has acted for clients in several high-profile Fatal Accident Inquiries and public inquiries. He has also been involved in a number of complex disputes in the Commercial Court of the Court of Session.
