Matthew has considerable experience in a wide range of rural and commercial transactions including the acquisition and disposal of property and all aspects of leasing. He previously acted for a national housebuilder and was involved in the acquisition and disposal of large rural and urban sites across Scotland. Matthew is actively involved in a number of large land registration projects for a variety of rural and commercial clients.
Matthew’s experience in both the commercial and rural sectors brings a well-balanced, commercial approach to rural property matters.
