Naiomi undertook a real estate focused traineeship with Brodies and gained experience in commercial property, land and rural business and banking. She joined the commercial real estate department on qualification in July 2018.
Naiomi has been involved in a number of high profile transactions, acting for various clients including landowners, investors, lenders and landlords, in relation to a wide range of asset types from shopping centres to forests. She has also spent time on secondment, acting as in-house counsel for an energy company, which allowed her to gain an insight into the commercial issues that affect businesses in the current economic climate.
