Paul has a wide range of experience across the Real Estate spectrum but, as a member of our Retail and Leisure team, he is known for his particular specialism in landlord and tenant work - acting for a wide range of UK and international clients in most of Scotland's prime retail developments, as well as High Streets throughout Scotland.

Paul advises a number of investor and developer clients in the acquisition, management and disposal of individual properties and/or portfolios, and associated funding. He also has recent experience in advising land owners, insolvency practitioners and tenant occupiers in difficulty in respect of the property aspects of insolvency. He has been involved in numerous business sale and purchase transactions on everything from luxury fashion shops to oil and gas installations.
