Rebecca is an Australian qualified associate and has several years of litigation experience in Australia before relocating to Scotland in 2023. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor in Australia in 2019, she worked as an associate to a Justice of the Federal Court of Australia in Sydney.

Rebecca has wide-ranging experience providing advice in appeals, judicial review applications, regulatory and environmental prosecutions, public interest immunity claims, defamation and negligence claims, as well as charitable trust and discrimination claims.

Rebecca possesses strong negotiation skills and routinely uses alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
