Sarah is based in our Aberdeen office and has many years’ experience of dealing with claims of various values and complexity in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.

Sarah specialises in dealing with claims resulting from accidents at sea and works for various corporate clients and insurers. In particular, her experience lies in defending personal injury actions but she also deals with accident investigations, collisions and disease claims relating to the marine, oil and gas and fishing sectors. Her work also covers health and safety, regulatory matters, road traffic accidents together with general insurance litigation.
