Sophie joined Brodies in 2019 and completed her traineeship with the firm before qualifying into Real Estate Litigation.

Sophie has experience in a wide range of commercial real estate disputes with a particular focus on landlord and tenant issues relating to dilapidations, recovery of arrears, termination and recovery of possession. She has dealt with a number of Court of Session actions and has represented clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as at arbitration and mediation.
