Victoria advises a range of developer, investor, land owner and public sector clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law.

Her work is often project-based and spans a variety of sectors. Recent experience includes advising in respect of: several wind farm and large-scale housing appeals; acquisitions and funding transactions for retail, commercial and renewables portfolios; liability for decontamination and decommissioning during regeneration of industrial sites; marine licensing for offshore renewables projects and a number of Section 75 and Section 96 agreements for renewables, housing and leisure developments.
