This interactive training session will look at the key points in incident investigation including:

  • reporting;
  • recovery of evidence/privilege; and
  • dealing with authorities/claimant lawyers.

In addition, we will provide updates in relation to prosecutions and penalties. Both on and offshore examples will be considered.

After this seminar you will be more comfortable with investigating and mitigating post incident and we can hopefully help you to avoid a crisis turning in to a (court) drama.
