Our free seminar programme, coupled with the rest of BInformed, reflects our commitment to sharing knowledge more widely than ever before. This autumn we will be offering a series of informative and entertaining seminars, which will be hosted at our offces in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

UK regulators and prosecutors are taking an increasingly robust approach to non-compliance. ‘Fit for purpose’ anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) clauses are a key part of compliance. This session will consider: forms of ABC clause currently in use; tips for drafting effective ABC clauses; how to use ABC clauses strategically; and the operation of ABC clauses when things go wrong.
