Acas issued specific guidance for employers in advance of the World Cup on how to deal with a number of issues including sickness absence, alcohol at work and the increased use of social networking. We previously blogged about this guidance in some detail. Similar guidance has been issued for the Commonwealth Games and the same principles will apply.
