IP, Technology & Data

Last week the supply chain transparency obligations under the Modern Slavery Act came into force, imposing new requirements on organisations in relation to their supply chains. Coinciding with the new laws coming into force, the Government also finally published accompanying guidance on how organisations should discharge their obligations.

Our Public Law and Regulatory team has produced a briefing for organisations summarising the guidance and the steps that they should be taking. You can access the briefing here.

Brodies can help your organisation understand the new laws, whether they apply to you and the steps that you should be taking. If you would like to discuss the new laws further, please contact my colleague Paul Marshall or your usual Brodies contact.
