Facebook’s new “legacy contact” feature which was introduced in the US earlier this year has now been rolled out in the UK.
The feature allows users the chance to have more of a say in what happens to their online presence following their death.
By appointing a new “legacy contact”, users can grant a relative or a friend access to parts of their account in the event of their death.
