Proposal 14 of the Scottish Government Consultation Paper Places, People and Planning is for the Planning Bill to include an enabling power to introduce a new infrastructure levy for Scotland.

The research report has been published – Research Project to Identify and Assess the Options for the Introduction of an Infrastructure Charging Mechanism in Scotland.
