Planning & Environment

Alison Polson gave evidence at stage 1 of the Historic Environment (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill to the Scottish Parliament’s Education, Lifelong Learning & Culture Committee on behalf of the SRPBA on Wednesday 15 September.

She highlighted the SRPBA’s concerns on the very wide definition of monuments. That could result in a ploughed field outside St Andrews being a monument if that was where Prince William proposes to Kate.
