As our managing partner I recognise that every single colleague in our firm contributes to the delivery of client work and the delivery of our firm's business plans. It is why in our strategic planning exercises we call for plans which see our business services teams take their turn driving the bus just as do our legal practice areas. And it is why in those plans we follow NASA's approach to allocating tasks and responsibility – give them to the person best placed to deliver them.
