Inclusive email signatures
We have introduced inclusive email signatures, including pronouns, phonetic spelling and working patterns to highlight and support diversity in the workplace.
Social Mobility Pledge
We are signatories of the Social Mobility Pledge and have worked hard to boost opportunity and social mobility within our firm and the wider legal profession.
Network for Equality and Inclusion
Members of The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion - the UK's leading employer network covering all aspects of equality and inclusion in the workplace.
Inclusive language
We have launched a guide to promote the use of inclusive language and to encourage our colleagues to talk about inclusion and diversity.
Community groups partnerships
Over the past year we have worked with the Scottish Ethnic Minorities Lawyers Association to offer work experience placements. We have also partnered with Black Professionals UK to offer two paid internships.
Anonymised CVs
We use Rare's contextualised recruitment system and anonymise CVs for our graduate recruitment.
Our colleague networks
Our colleague networks provide a safe space for colleagues to discuss issues; and where they can collaborate to raise awareness and enable positive change within the firm.
