The project provided Zenith with an off-market opportunity to secure a well-located "last mile" logistics asset in a supply-constrained market. The estate offers a platform for future value creation through its physical upgrade, ESG improvements and tenant-focused initiatives.
Brodies advised on the Scots law real estate and banking aspects of the transaction, including title due diligence, missives and contract negotiation, and review of the occupational leases, including the anchor lease to Evri.
