Local Government and the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Scotland) Act

This webinar will provide an overview of local authority obligations and processes under RIPSA, including:

• the statutory framework and codes of practice;
• key concepts such as intrusive surveillance, directed surveillance and covert human intelligence sources;
