The charity trustees of 'Aidspire', a charity focused on facilitating and supporting volunteering opportunities, has resolved to look for a similar charity to merge with. It came across "Benevola". What happens next? Attendees will be guided through the complex journey of a merger commenting on the critical phases from initial discussions through due diligence to completion and beyond.
