Real Estate Academy – A head start on heads of terms

The Brodies Real Estate Academy returns with a session focusing on the heads of terms prepared for commercial property transactions.

Heads of terms are evolving to cater for developments in real estate. At each event, we will:

• set out the issues that solicitors consider when they are reviewing the heads of terms for a new deal, including the need to consider legal and market developments;
• discuss the questions we may follow up with and the additional information we may request;

• best practice which can help cut down the time it takes to get transactions from first instruction through to deal completion.
