Subsidy control in the UK – where are we now?

The UK's post-Brexit subsidy control regime has been in force for 18 months, and the transition has been gradual for most public bodies and particularly those that have been relying on so-called "legacy" arrangements that were in place before the Subsidy Control Act came into force. As many of those legacy arrangements begin to come to an end, and public bodies increasingly come into contact with the new rulebook, what lessons should public bodies take from the first 18 months of the Act?
