We acted as lead legal counsel on the joint venture formation aspects (entailing the formation of a tailored group structure including Scottish limited partnerships, LLPs and limited companies) in advance of the acquisition of the OnRoute Services Centres Group - a corporate wrapper for a portfolio of 23 service and rest areas with prime locations along major highways in Ontario, Canada, which serve more than 40 million customers per year.
