We advised on the restructuring of a limited partnership vehicle previously managed by FIM Services Limited, a leading renewable energy and commercial forestry investment manager. In May 2018, the specialist alternative asset manager Gresham House acquired 100% of FIM, in a deal which combines two leading UK forestry and renewable energy investment managers. Combined assets under management are now in excess of £2.5 billion.
We advised on the restructuring of a renewable energy limited partnership into a public company vehicle, focused on investment in windfarm assets. The restructuring completed in June 2019 and created a new vehicle with an enterprise value of £70 million.
