Our programme is flexible and we cover relevant topics which reflect your business. Sessions are held by colleagues from various practice areas and cover topics such as Key Clauses in Commercial Leases, a Commercial Sale from Start to Finish and Professional Negligence for Surveyors which are especially useful for graduate surveyors/those who would like a refresher. More recently, we provided updates on how COVID-19 was impacting the Real Estate & Construction Industry and on Insolvency & Dealing with Distressed Assets which are of course of particular importance in the (ever-changing) current circumstances.

As well as meeting other surveyors from all areas of the profession such as traditional surveying firms, in-house surveyors and public sector organisations across all sectors (commercial, residential and rural), our Real Estate Academy provides an invaluable opportunity to meet and build lasting relationships with junior solicitors from our firm. Our programme is specifically designed to benefit junior surveyors, including those working towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
