Creating enforceable third party rights in contracts is about to get easier under Scots law.
The Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Act 2017 will come into force on 26 February 2018.
Brodies has produced a guide to the Act to help you understand what is changing and the implications for your existing and upcoming contracts.
The guide will be of interest to anyone who negotiates or prepares contracts, business or consumer.
If you have any questions on how the Act will affect your contracts, please get in touch with your usual Brodies contact.
