ESG – what are investors looking for from the HR team?

ESG is now a well-recognised issue in every organisation and many of us are involved in running regular initiatives and projects as part of this. ESG is also something that investors have been focussing on for some time. Understanding how investment professionals view ESG is a very useful way for HR professionals to ensure that their projects are adding real value to the organisation.

On 1 June we heard from David Sheasby, head of stewardship and ESG at Martin Currie. David outlined the key ESG issues that investment professionals consider when it comes to the people agenda.
