The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 ends the supremacy of EU law over UK law from 1 January 2024. The UK Government has taken the opportunity this presents to introduce new legislation at codifying and/or simplifying the rules for calculating on holiday entitlement and pay.
