IR35 in the Private Sector - How to navigate the changes

Yesterday Karen Davidson and I spoke at a Brodies Academy, presenting to an audience of around 40 in-house lawyers about the forthcoming changes to IR35 in the private sector.

With only 6 months to go until the changes come into effect, we discussed what the changes to IR35 are, how they will work in practice, and what can be done now in preparation for April 2020.
