In this session we discussed the increased focus of the two principal financial services regulators in the UK (the FCA and the FRC) on ESG reporting.

The session is most relevant to listed companies and the regulated sector and looks at:

  • TCFD (climate-related) reporting requirements;
  • the FCA disclosure regime for ESG matters;
  • how ESG disclosures impact company accounts; and
  • the move towards international reporting standards.
