The UK's new subsidy control regime will come into force on 4 January 2023

The UK Government has announced that the Subsidy Control Act 2022, the UK's long-term replacement for the EU State aid regime, will come into force from 4 January 2023.

Watch this space for more on the new regime including new guidance, schemes and streamlined schemes, and subsidies and schemes "of interest" and "of particular interest".
