The HSE has recently published its annual science review for 2019. The review is a long read but showcases some of the very interesting work done by HSE and HSL specialists.

The diverse range of topics covered include diacetyl in the coffee industry, microorganisms in public transport hubs and new research into possible potentially harmful fume and particle emissions from 3D printers. Well worth a read for those with a particular interest in safety, health and horizon scanning. You can access the review here.
