The HSE has produced guidance to help duty holders prepare for a no-deal Brexit. It can be accessed here and principally relates to chemicals, pesticides, explosives, equipment and manufacturing.
Although the general thrust of the UK health and safety regulatory regime should remain unchanged, the guidance advises on immediate practical considerations in the event of a no-deal. There are also handy links to UK Government updated guidance. For example, if exporting goods to the EU internal market all goods placed there (i.e. made available there for the first time) after we leave the EU will need to conform with EU goods regulations. If you have already placed a good on the market in an EU country, other than the UK, before 12 April 2019 then it can continue circulating.
