Artificial intelligence and its use by businesses continues to be a hot topic. With so many different AI offerings now on the market, it is important that businesses understand the different ways that AI can be used, the latest legal developments and the potential risks involved.
Following on from our webinar earlier this year exploring the top issues to consider when using AI, this webinar hosted by Iain Rutherford, Partner and Head of our IP/IT disputes team, asked questions to the panel of experts:
- Dr Richard Marshall, who combined delivery in AI with his practice as an expert witness, and discussed use cases of AI and highlight how businesses can use it most effectively;
- Ally Burr, an Associate in our commercial practice who specialises in matters relating to IP, technology and commercial contracts, who discussed the IP implications as well as recent developments in this area; and
- Monica Connolly, a Senior Associate in the IP/IT team, who discussed the potential liability which can arise from the use of AI, as well as providing advice on disputes avoidance.
