In our regular six monthly data protection and GDPR update, we looked at recent developments in data protection and ePrivacy law, including:

• the latest at guidance on international data transfers, including the ICO’s proposed international data transfer agreement and transfer risk assessment;
• the proposed review of the ICO’s Employment Practices Code; and
• an update on Lloyd v Google, class actions and whether individuals can claim damages for loss of control of personal data.
