In this webinar we considered the main implications for RSLs in the event that a house builder becomes insolvent before works are complete.

This included considering:

  • the various kinds of insolvency events which may take place, and the differences between insolvency regimes.
  • implications for existing house building contracts; and
  • practical steps which may be taken by RSLs to mitigate loss.
