Social Housing ESG - a practical guide to how it works on finance transactions

Chris Dun was lead adviser on the first ESG/sustainability linked finance transaction involving a Scottish registered social landlord. 

He discussed how ESG finance works from a practical perspective, focusing on the key issues to be addressed by both lenders/investors and RSLs. 

The aim of this session was to ensure attendees are better equipped to deal with their first ESG/sustainability linked finance transaction.
