Energy Academy: UK sanctions on Russia – the impact on the energy sector

In this session, Paul Marshall and Lisa Kinroy, members of our Corporate Crime and Investigations team, reviewed the UK's sanctions regime in relation to Russia and its impact on the energy sector. In particular, they considered:

•  the growth of UK sanctions in response to Russia's military intervention in Ukraine;
• the impact of current UK sanctions on the energy sector; and
• the key trends in compliance efforts in the sector.
