Although there is hope that we are heading out of thepandemic with many restrictions being lifted across the UK, Scottish Governmenthas allowed further extensions to emergency planning measures through the Townand Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus)(Scotland) Regulations 2022, which come into force 30 March 2022.

Here's how it will stand on 30 March 2022 when the newregulations come into force.

Duration of planning permissions / listed building consents / conservation area consents

Planning permissions due to expire between 6 April 2020 and 30 September 2022 are automatically extended to 31 March 2023.
