The COVID-19 public inquires – how organisations can prepare

Following the announcements that the UK Government and the Scottish Government will each convene a public inquiry into the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, many public, commercial and third sector bodies will already be anticipating their own involvement in one or both of these inquiries.
