The DfT has issued its annual report on the Renewable Transport Fuel Obligation (RTFO) for 2014-15.
It concludes that the RTFO is meeting its objective of reducing transport carbon emissions, and that the introduction of the sustainability criterion for the award of certificates has been a success.
