Abigail Cadden
Abigail joined Brodies in 2022 having qualified as a solicitor in 2018. She has acted both to pursue and defend personal injury claims for more than 8 years since starting as a trainee. As part of the liability claims defence team at Brodies, Abigail handles a varied case load. She is regularly instructed in motor, employer's liability, and public liability cases and in occupational illness claims.
Abigail has significant court experience within the Sheriff Courts and the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury court in procedural and substantive matters. She has acted for clients in group litigation and is often instructed to advise individuals and corporates within the rural business sector.
