Alexandra is a solicitor within the banking and finance team based in Edinburgh. She advises a range of borrowers, investors, banks, and other financial institutions on a wide variety of banking and finance transactions.

Her experience includes leveraged finance, real estate finance, and general corporate finance. Alexandra is regularly involved in high-value matters with cross-border and international elements.

Having joined Brodies in 2018 as part of the business development team while studying at university, Alexandra understands and prioritises clients’ commercial needs. During her traineeship, she gained diverse experience across seats in real estate commercial property, banking and finance, and corporate and investment funds. She also brings valuable insight from her secondment to major UK broadcaster, the BBC, where she advised on commercial contracts and intellectual property matters.
